As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5-7 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
We ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. Right now, we do not offer shipping or delivery on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five to seven business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 restocking fee if your order has already shipped and left our warehouse. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Intimates and sleepwear items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, nail polish and cosmetic items due to contamination issues. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
